FR4 /G10 is a phenolic laminate which can be fabricated to tight tolerances for medical and aerospace production parts. Cryogenic G10 CR can be machined into text fixtures for laboratory use and physics experiments. G10 material has superior mechanical properties particularly it's extremely high strength and high dimensional stability over temperature which allows to hold details of threads and thin features for demanding insulation applications. G10 FR4 material is primarily used in the PCB industry. It can be used as dielectric gaskets for low noise blocking devices and phase shifters.

The physical strength, elasticity, exceptional electrical properties and low moisture absorbency of G10 FR4 makes it an excellent choice for Terminal Boards, Circuit Boards, PC Board Insulators, Buss Bars and Antenna Insulators. FR4 G10 is sturdy, solid and has both high impact and compressive strengths and "FR" grades are flame retardant therefore it will not soften upon heating. This enables G10 material to be fabricated for use in a diverse range of applications such as: Rocket / Fins Casings, Washers, Stand offs, Spacers, Shims and Switch Gears.
